My journey to technical project management began in the social sector, driven by a deep desire to help people. I managed Motivation United, a project funded by the European Social Fund, where I was given full autonomy to help 80 jobseekers with migration backgrounds find employment. We successfully achieved all our goals six months ahead of schedule and well within budget.
Building on this success, I founded a non-profit called Talent2connect to bridge the gap between corporate employers and grassroots employment organizations through major matchmaking events. During this time, I formalised my expertise by studying Project Management and Business Analysis.
When COVID-19 hit, in-person matchmaking was no longer possible. I transitioned into the IT sector, working as a Business Analyst and Change Manager. Nine months later, I stepped into IT Project Management in the legal tech industry, focusing on information and contract management.
Currently, I am working at the Baha'i World Centre, implementing a large-scale cloud migration to SharePoint, transitioning 40 departments (750+ people) ahead of schedule and within budget.
My fascination with AI began in 2022, watching early GPT models emerge. When GPT-3.5 was released, I immediately integrated it into my life and workflow. Today, advanced models enable me to bring my own creative concepts to life—from publishing a children's book to developing projects like TerraCatch. This hands-on building process shapes how I work: whenever inspiration strikes, I map out the logic and bring it to life. Through this evolution, I realized I could still help people, but at a much larger scale—through the apps I build and the service I provide to my customers.
